Dopo tanti anni, il sogno affronta un momento di cambiamento: la scomparsa dei genitori di Elena porta alla decisione di dividere l'attività in due, separandola in Ristorante Le Betulle e Hotel Villa Ferrari🔛

È proprio in quegli anni che, però, si conoscono Elena e Simone ❤️ che insieme riprendono il cammino originale così com'era stato immaginato!

After many years, the dream is facing a turning point: the passing of Elena’s parents leads to the decision to split the business in two, dividing it into Ristorante Le Betulle and Hotel Villa Ferrari🔛

It was during those very years, however, that Elena and Simone met ❤️ and together they resumed the original journey just as it had been envisaged!

Dietro al Ristorante Le Betulle c'è una storia di famiglia e passione, ma soprattutto c'è un sogno nato più di 30 anni fa ❤️

Giorgio Ferrari e quella sua voglia di regalare emozioni positive, attraverso cucina e convivialità, hanno segnato l'inizio del viaggio, che oggi Elena porta avanti sempre all'insegna di quanto immaginato da papà.

Oggi ve ne raccontiamo una parte, che però, è solo l'inizio... 🎞️

Ci sono piatti che sanno stimolare il palato in tanti modi diversi: uno di questi sono i nostri gnocchi al pesto di rucola 😍
