Near to both the sea (a few meters away) and the mountain (15 minutes by car). The house is near the main street, full of shops and bars, which in the evening is reserved for pedestrian traffic. Also, right beside the house, there are daily boat trips to the beautiful Gulf of Orosei and the renowed Costa Smeralda. For nightlife lovers, La Caletta offers a shuttle service to the most popular clubs in San Teodoro, about 24km away.

La Caletta is 45km from Olbia airport to which it is connected by a freeway. Easy to reach either by car or by bus. The house is adjacent to the touristic harbour, which offers wide possibility for parking.
