Le nostre lezioni si svolgono all’aperto, sul legno del Sunset Deck del Residence Hotel , circondati dalla natura e dalla macchia mediterranea, con una vista mozzafiato su Tavolara e sulla spiaggia di Porto Taverna. Qui, sospesi tra cielo e mare, ogni pratica si svolge su materiali eco-sostenibili firmati , che rispettano l’ambiente e condividono i nostri stessi valori. Con Jade Yoga, scegliamo di prenderci cura non solo della nostra pratica, ma anche del pianeta. 🌱☀️🧘🌍🧘♂️

🇬🇧 Our lessons take place outdoors on the Sunset Deck of the Residence Hotel. Surrounded by nature and the Mediterranean maquis, we enjoy a breathtaking view of Tavolara and Porto Taverna beach. Here, suspended between sky and sea, we practise yoga on eco-friendly materials by , who share our values and respect the environment.
