Se c’è un posto in Europa dove le aziende fanno letteralmente a gara per assumere, quel posto sono i Paesi Bassi. Secondo gli ultimissimi dati Eurostat (Q1 2026), l'Olanda ha conquistato il podio europeo con il tasso di posti di lavoro vacanti più alto dell'Unione: un incredibile 4,0%.

Mentre la media dell'Eurozona si attesta al 2,3% e paesi come la Romania e la Polonia sono sotto l'1%, i Paesi Bassi si confermano in una situazione di "piena occupazione", dove mancano braccia e cervelli in quasi tutti i settori.

Ma dove c'è più richiesta? Industria e costruzioni, Il tasso di posti vacanti tocca il 4,9%. Quasi 5 posti su 100 non trovano un lavoratore. SERVIZI (IT, Commercio, Turismo, Professionisti): Segue a ruota con il 4,2% di posizioni aperte.

Non si tratta di un caso temporaneo: da oltre un anno l'Olanda viaggia stabilmente intorno a queste cifre.
