Villa Teresa

Villa Teresa boasts elegant, spacious interiors that have been lovingly realised and furnished by its owners. Outside is a fabulous private pool, immersed in mature, beautifully designed private gardens of 3.500 square meters offering views of Mt. Etna and of the Ionian sea.

INTERIORS

The main entrance takes you in a spacious glass porch from which you can enjoy a view over the pool and the Volcano. One side of the porch, which is closed and provided with hot/cold conditioner, acesses a kitchenette and a lighty dining area equipped with a 12-seat table. A second dining area is just outside the porch, under a shaded gazebo equipped with a large BBQ and a wrought-iron table. A lounge area equipped with LCD TV 42" accesses the main kitchen on one side and the sleeping quarters on the other: three spacious, comfortable double bedrooms (two of which with en-suite bathrooms), and a triple bedroom, a bathroom and a laundry room.

Two double bedrooms access a private terrace with views of the Ionian sea as far as Catania and Taormina. Two bedrooms access the open side of the porch, equipped with a wooden table and a wicker sofa, overlooking the swimming pool. Each room is equipped with independent hot\cold air conditioner and screen doors.
