And it’s not just mornings — we love popping by in the evenings too, for a glass (or two!) of fantastic natural wine, always perfectly recommended by Michael

On Sicily, the harvest is more than a season—it’s a RITUAL. 🌱 From carob to prickly pears, each fruit tells the story of resilience, tradition, and land that gives endlessly. At Casa Blanca we want to connect with the people who keep these traditions alive, weaving them into our own journey.
