Meet the Team – Nicola 🌟

Say hello to Nicola, the man who makes sure our swimming pool is sparkling clean and safe for everyone to enjoy. 🏊‍♂️Thanks to him, you can always take a refreshing dip without a worry!

Fun fact: When he’s not taking care of the pool, Nicola loves to play basketball – and he’s just as good with a ball as he is with a pool net! 🏀

Con questo primo post iniziamo a raccontarvi la festa “MASCA – Il ritorno della strega”, che animerà Spigno Monferrato il 20 e 21 settembre 2025.

Il viaggio parte dal convegno di apertura:

Il volto della strega: erbe, simboli e racconti
Sabato 20 settembre 2025 – ore 15:30
Spigno Monferrato (AL)

Un incontro che propone uno sguardo ampio e sfaccettato sulla figura della strega, tra erbe, saperi popolari, simboli culturali e racconti che attraversano i secoli. Un percorso tra storia, antropologia e immaginario collettivo, con il contributo di studiose e studiosi che indagheranno conoscenze, stereotipi e ritualità.

Al convegno interverranno , che introdurrà i fatti storici di Spigno, con un viaggio dalle strix greche alle raccoglitrici moderne, sulla nascita dello stereotipo della strega diabolica, con il racconto della f***e caccia alle streghe e tra credenze, rituali e terapie della parola.

Al termine, banchetto con libri e pubblicazioni a tema e, subito dopo, prende il via la festa: il borgo si animerà con artisti di strada, musica, spettacoli e street food.

Vi aspettiamo a Spigno per l’inizio di MASCA – Il ritorno della strega.

🔧 Meet the Team – Riccio

If you see a little blue Piaggio Ape buzzing up the road in the morning… that’s Riccio, our man of many trades, arriving for another busy day at Tenuta Squaneto.

One day you’ll find him in the restaurant, the next mowing the lawn, and the day after fixing something you didn’t even know was broken. With a big smile and a “no problem” attitude, Riccio keeps everything running smoothly.

Fun fact: Sometimes we think the Piaggio Ape is just as famous around here as Riccio himself!
