è la dichiarazione d'amore per il Grand Villa Politi, pronunciata da Winston Churchill, che nell'aprile del 1955 trascorse qui le sue vacanze con la moglie Lady Clementine, famigliari e assistenti. Dalle camere del Grand Hotel Villa Politi Churchill scrisse una lettera per la Regina Elisabetta, oltre a trascorrere gran parte del suo tempo libero dipingendo e fumando il sigaro sulla splendida Terrazza delle Latomie e nella suite a lui intitolata, insieme all'unica sala da tè di Siracusa ✨
