L’Agriturismo nasce dalla ristrutturazione di un antico casale in pietra, per dar modo ai nostri ospiti di trascorrere una piacevole vacanza in un ambiente tradizionale dal fascino tipicamente toscano. Immersi nella natura e in paesaggi suggestivi, lontani dai ritmi frenetici e dal caos delle città, dove godere di un’esperienza unica e indimenticabile, ricca di ogni i comfort. L’Agriturismo La Papessa è diviso in undici appartamenti indipendenti, di diversa tipologia, per soddisfare i gusti e le esigenze di ogni ospite. Il nostro staff sarà lieto di darvi il benvenuto e sarà sempre a vostra disposizione per qualsiasi necessità.

Nel 1716, il Granduca Cosimo III de’ Medici ne delimitò ufficialmente i confini, riconoscendo il valore di un’area da secoli vocata alla viticoltura.

Proprio qui, tra Firenze e Siena, sorge San Donato in Poggio, il borgo più vicino ai vigneti che circondano Agriturismo La Papessa e Fattoria Montecchio.

In 1716, Grand Duke Cosimo III de’ Medici officially demarcated its boundaries, recognising the value of an area that had been dedicated to viticulture for centuries.
