Quando abbiamo progettato il nostro Hotel, costruire una struttura totalmente ecologica a impatto quasi zero, ci è sembrata la scelta più naturale. Oggi siamo il primo hotel al mondo ad aver raggiunto il gradino più alto delle tre certificazioni: Passivhaus, Klimahotel e Arca. lto un approccio sostenibile e non invasivo sia nei confronti del territorio circostante sia nel rispetto delle condizioni di vita dell'uomo. Sono molti gli elementi che, combinati nella giusta metodologia, rendono possibile preservare l'ambiente migliorando la qualità della vita. Tutto ruota attorno all'eco-pensiero e la colazione non si sottrae a questa filosofia. Frutta, verdure, salumi, formaggi, marmellate, diversi tipologie di pane anche fatto in casa, uova sode, estrattore a freddo per succhi con l'utilizzo di frutta e verdura fresche e le diverse bevande:
tutto quello che trovate sul buffet della colazione è acquistato direttamente dai produttori, segue le stagioni, è biologico e equosolidale, stagionale, locale, fatto in casa. Ogni cliente potrà in questo modo considerare che un'alimentazione che segue questi principi fa stare meglio e contribuisce anche a rispettare il nostro pianeta e chi ci vive e lavora. La domotica controlla in modo automatico il clima interno, garantendo il rispetto dei parametri di temperatura e umidità, che sono alla base del benessere fisico dell'uomo. Un impercettibile sistema di ricircolo, filtraggio e recupero dell'aria con l'esterno, favorisce la massima purezza in tutti gli ambienti interni. Tutti gli impianti sono pensati per ridurre l'inquinamento e i consumi d'acqua, senza nulla togliere alle comodità cui siamo abituati. Chiudete gli occhi e immaginate una vista mozzafiato che da Torbole passa sulle Dolomiti e infine sul Lago di Garda. Riapriteli: siete sulla nostra terrazza panoramica! Sie werden sich jetzt fragen: Warum ein Bio Hotel am Gardasee? Als wir unser Hotel geplant haben, schien es uns das Natürlichste auf der Welt zu sein, es komplett ökologisch ohne jegliche schädliche Auswirkung auf die Umwelt zu bauen.
Ökologisch zu sein bedeutet aber nicht nur, ein Hotel zu errichten, das ökozertifiziert ist sondern dahinter steht eine eigene Philosophie. Ein verträglicher und nicht eingreifender Umgang sowohl mit den Lebensbedingungen des Menschen als auch mit der ihn umgebenden Umwelt. Es gibt viele Möglichkeiten mit der richtigen Strategie die Umwelt zu schützen und die Lebensqualität zu verbessern. Hier einige Beispiele: für das Frühstück haben wir ausschließlich lokale Erzeuger gewählt, die sich der Biophilosophie verschrieben haben; unser Strom kommt ausschließlich aus erneuerbaren Quellen; die Technologie, mit der das Hotel errichtet wurde, ist derart innovativ, dass einige Ideen zum ersten Mal beim Bau eines ökohotels zum Tragen kamen; die Heizung und die Kühlung werden mit einer Grundwasser-Wärmepumpe betrieben. Das sind nur einige Bausteine, die das Eco Hotel Bonapace zum ersten 3 Sterne Biohotel am Gardasee machen. Alles dreht sich um den Ökogedanken und auch das Frühstück unterliegt dieser Philosophie. Wir haben uns für lokale Bioprodukte ohne lange Transportwege entschieden: Obst, Wurst, Käse, Marmelade, verschiedene hausgemachte Brotsorten, hart gekochte Eier oder Rühreier, Milch, Kaffee, frischgeprässte Fruchtsäfte, aber auch Vollkornprodukte. Alles was Sie auf unserem Frühstücksbuffet finden, ist Umweltverträglich, Biologisch, fair gehandelt und mit Saison und Lokale Produckten. Jeder Gast kann beachten dass eine Ernährung die diese Prinzipien folgt, die Umwelt und dessen Bewohner und Arbeiter respektiert.

You may ask yourself: why an Eco Hotel on Lake Garda? When we decided to design our hotel, the construction of a completely ecological building with Zero impact seemed the most natural decision for us to make. To be ECO does not only mean constructing a building that is ecologically certified: it is a philosophy that implies a sustainable approach that is not invasive, neither towards the surrounding territory nor to human living conditions. There are many elements, that when combined using the correct method, make it possible to maintain the environment intact whilst improving the quality of living. Some examples: for our breakfast menu we have chosen, as partners, only local growers and farmers who have adhered to the organic philosophy, thus offering only local produce; our electrical energy comes only from renewable sources; the technology with which the hotel was built is so innovative that it offers solutions that are a real challenge, some of which are being used for the first time in accommodation facilities of this type; all heating and cooling is produced using a Geothermal heat pump system with water/water exchange. These are only a few of the small pieces which, when used together, help to make our hotel the 1st Eco Hotel, not only on Lake Garda but in the world!! Everything rotates around our ideal of "Eco thinking", so breakfast is naturally included in this philosophy. We have searched for, and found, only local organic products. Fruit, cold meats, cheeses, jams, several types of bread, boiled or scrambled eggs, milk, coffee, fruit juices, as well as wholemeal products. Everything that you find on the Breakfast Buffet is ecosustainable, organic and/or fair-trade. Every guest can follow our suggestions, or use our free guidelines, when choosing a breakfast that is adapted for his/her personal necessity, for example those who practice sport, wish to relax or maybe wish to maintain their physical fitness.
