Today Enrico has prepared a beautiful spread: perfectly fried eggs with a vibrant tomato rose, golden toast soldiers, rich chocolate cake with orange sauce and fresh cream, buttery croissants dusted with sugar, chocolate croissants, pistachio-topped pastries, and of course our favorite Bonne Maman jams to complete the experience.
