Residence Cà Del Lago enjoys a privileged location, close to cultural and artistic cities ( , , ). The region has great interest in food and wines (wine
routes and olive oil), also in nature and sport (the lake, the Riviera of Olives, the whole of the Monte Baldo), and to the thermal centers of the Garda and the theme parks. The residence is situated in a central location just above the town of Torri del Benaco: it is equipped with finishing of high quality. The structure follows the line of the hilly terrain of the existing olive groves. The construction consists of two buildings of two stories each, containing 28 units, all different from each other, each equipped with a kitchen. Underneath the main structure there are underground car parks. A swimmingpool and terrace with panoramic lakeview are situated in the park.
