We are proud to continue our journey towards a more sustainable way of managing Hotel Moresco.
For us, GSTC certification is not simply a recognition to display. It represents the commitment we put into our everyday work and the choices we make every day.
Reducing food waste, eliminating single-use plastic, choosing lower-impact products, reducing water and energy consumption, involving our team, supporting local products and artisans, protecting our territory, and helping our guests discover a more authentic side of Venice.
There are many actions behind this journey. We believe that it is the sum of these everyday choices that truly makes a difference.
Because sustainability does not mean being perfect. It means being aware of the impact of our actions and continuously striving to improve, one step at a time.
