A spectacular vertical cellar unfolds across three levels, rising nearly 10 metres through a striking spiral of glass and iron, light and shadow. More than 5,000 labels are carefully preserved within the volcanic rock, creating an intimate and extraordinary setting where every bottle tells a story.
