May not look like much but 3 yrs and 1 brick at time we actually have something. I remember walking into the bush looking at a piece of property I had wanted for almost 10 years. Might take another 10 years to finish but I can see the light of paradise. Capen Briggs

Sorry all for not getting more updates but it's still moving. Not sure if you can see it in the video but tile is don't on the front and back verandas, unit 3 gets the AC, permanent current and paint for the trim this week and hopefully which it is Jamaica but the first unit will be finished and our first Tennant moves in at the end of August. Unit 4 should be done by end of July and it's still available. Have a lot of people interested but I won't commit until I have a guarantee finish date.

Our residents are either wanting a second home or are retiring and I do not want anyone to have issues because of us. So if anyone needs a place sooner let me know what I have a lot of contact around me with some great new units coming along also.

So everyone knows we have a 3rd unit that is with in a few months of completion and after that we are working on the community laundry and solar array room and I am taking a break.

I think it's time to just relax for at least a year.

Ok so the first unit is within days of move in. Still need to put in the trim around the floor and doors and a small mismeasurement in the bathroom but it really isn't huge but still is an eye sore. Hopefully unit two will be done by end of June. Capen Briggs Morgan Briggs

By the way I should say the first unit is already rented and the second unit is as well if it is done in time. The 3rd unit will be another 1 bedroom and won't be done till around season. We decided to nix the 5 unit on the bottom and instead turn it into a laundry room, communal kitchen, and community game area or what ever and yes it will be air conditioned.

The new tenant is all about gardens and greenspace as am I so I'm looking forward to what we can do together.
