お盆期間中、Olaさんのスペシャルランチにお越しいただいた皆さま、本当にありがとうございました！
ご旅行中の方、南砺へ帰省中の方など、たくさんの方々とお会いでき、とても賑やかで嬉しい時間を過ごさせていただきました。
南砺の食材を活かし、Olaさんの母国ポーランドの家庭料理をベースとした、夏の味。
素材の組み合わせ、味付け、器との調和、、、私たちもいつも新たな発見があります。

・9月12日(土)、13(日) 12時一斉スタート
※食材は、その日に一番美味しくいただけるものを厳選してご用意するため、日によって内容が異なります。一期一会の味をお楽しみください。

Thank you so much to everyone who stopped by for Ola’s special lunch over the Bon holiday period!
It was such a joyful, bustling time getting to meet so many people—whether you were traveling through or returning home to Nanto.
Ola’s summer menu combines local Nanto ingredients with home-style cooking from her native Poland. From the pairing of ingredients and seasonings to how each dish complements the tableware, it’s always a fresh discovery for us, too.
You can continue to enjoy Ola’s lunch until mid-September.
