Last month the charity funded 6 girls toilets at the local primary school. Now Nicole, an old and most loyal friend, has decided to organise a fundraiser for the urinals for the boys❤️

We are back putting donations to good use. After a meeting with the headmaster Stewart we decided to build 6 toilets for 365 students at the primary school. We are also fixing two of the very first classrooms of the school - the walls are caving in and the roof is tied to the building with a rope and in danger of flying off! These classrooms were still being used daily. Other projects are currently on hold until our account fills up again:
urinals
a third room for 175 nursery children
a playground
Equipping the library with shelves and books (there are no books here😨)
a printer
Desks and chairs for 38 children
and plastering of many classrooms

Six days ago on Saturday, we made the final plans and shopped around for all the materials, Sunday the workers cleared the area and deliveries arriving throughout the day. By Monday evening the foundation for the toilets was there and the 2 roofs for the classrooms are already gone and the steel is being fitted. We are now close to completion. Not ever have I seen such enthusiasm and joy in work getting done🤩
