You’ll spot Ali in different uniforms around the Golden Duranta Villas compound, as he truly is a man of many talents.

From keeping the pool sparkling and the gardens lush to handling masonry work, he does it all. But his true passion is in the kitchen!

Ali loves treating our guests to his incredible fresh seafood and vegetable dishes! 🍤🥦

We are so grateful for all his skills and truly appreciate having him on our team 💛

👨🏾‍🍳 Today: Salim – one of our chefs at Golden Duranta Villas!

Friendly, creative and always calm, Salim brings the flavours of Kenya straight to our kitchen. 🇰🇪✨

He specializes in Kenyan cuisine and knows how to make some of our favourites – from flavourful Pilau and Biryani to freshly made Chapati. 🤎

We’re happy to have his creativity and calm energy as part of the Golden Duranta team.

✨ MEET THE DURANTA TEAM ✨

A beautiful place is more than its surroundings — it’s the people who bring it to life.

Over the next few weeks, we’ll be introducing you to the wonderful people behind Duranta Villas. The faces you meet during your stay, the people working behind the scenes, and the team that makes Duranta feel like home. 🌿

First up: Meet Barbara! 🤎

Barbara has been part of the Duranta family for the past 7 months and works in Guest Relations. You’ll usually find her at reception, ready to welcome you with her warm energy and infectious smile.

Humble, joyful and full of charisma, Barbara has a natural way of making people feel comfortable and at home.

Next time you pass reception, make sure to say hi! 👋🏿
