1. Food & Beverage (F&B) Service – 2 positions

Role:
Provide high-quality service to guests in our restaurant and bar, ensuring a warm and enjoyable dining experience.

Key skills:
• Basic English for taking orders and interacting with guests
• Friendly attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to work evening shifts

2. Front Desk Agent – 1 position

Role:
Be the welcoming face of Residence Bassac. Handle guest check-ins and check-outs, and provide information about the hotel and local area.

Key skills:
• Good English communication skills (spoken and written)
• Organized and detail-oriented, especially for guest registration and passport handling
• Comfortable using computers (Excel and booking systems)
