In celebration of Global Wellness Day, we hosted Santi Wellness Day on June 12th and 13th at Santi Resort & Spa for our team to promote health, mental well-being, and team bonding. The day included yoga, meditation, sound healing, nutrition education, team-building workshops, diversity and inclusivity discussions, service excellence training, sports activities, an ice bath, and sauna experiences. By experiencing wellness firsthand, our team gained a deeper understanding of our guests' needs while strengthening connections with one another.
To ensure everyone could participate while maintaining excellent guest service, staff were divided into two groups, with one group attending each day. Our team members enjoyed the activities and gained valuable knowledge from the seminars, making this year's Santi Wellness Day another great success.
