True Sri Lankan hospitality is found in the slow simmer. Our signature rice and curry are a curated collection of flavours, from the earthy depth of roasted spices to the bright acidity of lime-tempered curries 🌶️

We honour the "farm-to-table" ethos not as a trend, but as a tradition, utilising produce harvested from our own gardens and local markets to ensure every spice profile is as vivid as the island itself.

Which is why most of our guests gravitate towards a good old Sri Lanka rice and curry over most else, during their stay!
