Job Description
Position: Bartender & Mixologist
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Create innovative cocktail recipes and seasonal drink menus.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
• Manage stock levels and assist with inventory control.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and liquor regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service and engage positively with guests.
• Handle customer payments and maintain accurate records.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Bartender and/or Mixologist.
• Knowledge of cocktail preparation, spirits, wines, and beverages.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Hospitality or bar management certification will be an added advantage.
