By the fireplace, surrounded by delicious snacks and lovely conversation, we will create Advent wreaths to welcome the festive season. Egle will share her tips and ideas, inspiring everyone to create a wreath that is truly unique and personal. 🎄

On October 31, Chef Gintautas opens the doors to Palaima’s kitchen for an evening dedicated to broth, flavour and technique.

Four types of broth — beef, chicken, vegetable and fish. Ingredient selection and preparation, extracting flavour, cooking techniques, storage and ways to use broth in the kitchen.

More than recipes. A hands-on experience in understanding flavour. The evening continues with dinner at Palaima.

Freistil Stricken und Geniessen mit Madame Tricot

19.–26. September 2026

Eine Woche für alle, die das Stricken lieben und sich nach Ruhe, Natur, feinem Essen und inspirierenden Begegnungen sehnen.

Zu den Höhepunkten der Woche gehören eine Erkundungstour durch Vilnius mit Stadtführung, der Besuch unserer lokalen Wollmanufaktur mit Einblicken in die Herstellung von Bettwaren aus Naturfasern sowie ein Kochkurs mit unserem Küchenchef Gintas.

Dazwischen bleibt Zeit für Spaziergänge am See, gute Gespräche, ein Buch auf der Terrasse oder einfach ein paar ruhige Stunden mit Nadeln und Wolle.

Eine Auszeit für geübte Strickerinnen, die Kreativität, Inspiration und Genuss miteinander verbinden möchten.

Wir freuen uns auf eine besondere Woche mit euch.
