Don’t miss the Partial Solar Eclipse over Morocco today! 🌘🇲🇦

One of the most spectacular astronomical events of the year is unfolding across Moroccan skies this evening, as the Moon passes in front of the Sun. Depending on where you are, a significant portion of the Sun will be covered, creating a truly unforgettable sight just before sunset.

Eclipse begins: around 6:44 PM
Maximum eclipse over Tiznit: around 7:40–7:45 PM
Eclipse ends: around 8:20–8:40 PM

It’s the perfect evening to slow down, look towards the sky, and witness something extraordinary.

⚠️ Please watch safely: Never look directly at the Sun, even during a partial eclipse. Use certified eclipse glasses or proper solar-viewing equipment. Regular sunglasses are not sufficient.
