when Kotor bay was under Venetian Republic rule, historical complex called “Lazaret” used to serve as a main hospital for the bay area. Later, in 19-20 century Lazaret housed Austro-Hungarian military post, and during Yugoslavia period it was used as children’s summer camp. Now it is being neatly renovated and brought back to life as a small boutique hotel offering 24 guest rooms, each with unique design. Hence the name of our complex – Lazure – it has the same root with the old name “Lazaret”, but also has connection with the word “azure” – sky-blue color which is used in many architectural elements of the building. In August 2021. Lazure complex opened its modern Residential building with 104 new hotel rooms and suites and 58 appartments for sale.
