Position: Marketing Officer ( Maldivian /international)
Company Overview:
We are a fast-growing company in the tourism, hotel, and cafe industry. We are looking for a passionate and experienced Marketing Officer to drive our marketing strategies, promote our brand, and help grow our business.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies that align with company goals.
Identify new opportunities for business growth, including partnerships and promotions.
Plan, coordinate, and manage marketing campaigns to drive sales and brand awareness.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to inform marketing strategies.
Collaborate with the sales, product, and operations teams to ensure cohesive branding and messaging.
Use digital marketing tools and social media platforms to promote products and services effectively.
Manage relationships with partners and vendors, maintaining excellent interpersonal relationships.
Requirements:
Proven experience in marketing roles within tourism, hospitality, hotels, or cafes.
Creative, with a proven ability to generate new ideas for business growth.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a friendly and approachable attitude.
Strong computer skills (familiarity with marketing tools, social media platforms, etc.).
Self-motivated with a "can-do" attitude, able to work both independently and as part of a team.
Flexible and adaptable to changing business needs and environments.
Desirable Qualities:
Previous experience in creating successful marketing campaigns within the tourism and hospitality industries.
Ability to quickly adapt to new challenges and find innovative solutions.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
