Casa Las Palapas is an amazing residence right on the Bahía de Banderas beach in the Pacific Ocean located on Riviera Nayarit in Nuevo Vallarta. Designed by the renowned architect Diego Villaseñor, in a Pacific-Mexican contemporary style, built with the finest materials in a space of 2,287 m2 with a construction of 1,253 m2. The ocean view highlights from all the places of the house, where the name Casa Las Palapas hints the giant palapas used for its construction, which give as a result an original and unique beach house built in three modules.
1st Palapa · The biggest palapa of all the entire house gives space to the living and dining room, grill area, kitchen, laundry room, and maidroom.
2nd Palapa · The Master Suite, a double suite, studio, and pool.
3rd Palapa · Junior Suite, two double suites, a tanning area in the upper part. The house has two entrances: one on the street side and the other on the beach side. An exotic garden accompanies the principal entrance on the side street, leading to a path with 4 parking lots. On the side beach, you can find two palapas on the private beach and an open space with free access to the garden of 1,200 m2. Thanks to the design and unique style of Casa Las Palapas, you can enjoy the best beach vacation ever, plus living an experience in the most luxurious destination of Mexico, the Riviera Nayarit.
