Nobody tells you this: weekdays are better.
The pools are mostly yours, the two-mile beach stays quiet, and the rates sit well below the weekend. Arrive Sunday or Monday for three nights and your stay includes breakfast daily and an immersion experience for two — cook lunch with the chef, or blend natural perfume at the apothecary.
