We spent the day “bushwhacking,” to parts unknown. Dirt roads and dead ends finally bringing us to deserted Mayan Ruins, a working Henequen “defibering” facility, a couple of abandon haciendas which one became a pigeon roost and a nice lunch at a restored hacienda!
