✨ What is a Temazcal Ceremony? ✨
A temazcal (from the Nahuatl words temaz = steam and calli = house) is an ancient Mesoamerican sweat lodge ceremony that offers physical, emotional, and spiritual renewal. 🌿
💧 The Experience:
Participants enter a dome-shaped structure, symbolizing the womb of Mother Earth. Inside, volcanic stones are heated until they glow, and water infused with aromatic herbs is poured over them, creating purifying steam.
🌺 The Ritual:
Guided by a temazcalero (our beloved Rosa Maria), you’ll experience songs, prayers, and meditative silence to cleanse not only your body but also your mind and soul. It’s a chance to release stress, let go of the past, and reconnect with your inner self.
