With an extraordinary love for people, nature, flora and fauna, she created much more than a place to stay. She created a home — one built with care, simplicity, respect for the land, and a genuine love for every person who crossed its path.

Eight years after her passing, her presence can still be felt everywhere.

In the trees she protected.
In the wildlife she cared for.
In the people who have been part of Nueva Vida for so many years.
And in the guests who continue to return and call this place their home away from home.
