Menu favourite saya untuk hidang tetamu; steak.

Senang je nak buat pun.

1. Daging steak - kena suhu bilik (thawed to room temperature)
2. Garam
3. Lada hitam
4. Butter
5. Bawang putih
6. Daun thyme

Lepas masak atas api, masukkan kedalam oven selama 5 minit dengan suhu 200 C.

Jangan lupa untuk “rest” selama 5 minit sebelum hidang.
