**Oluzizi World of Commerce (Pty) Ltd Addresses Resurfaced Article by Namibian Sun & other Media Household**

Date: 21 February 2025

Oluzizi World of Commerce Pty Ltd wishes to address the recent resurgence of an article published by the Namibian Sun on September 23, 2020, which pertains to the arrest of our founder and Managing Director, Mr. Simon Andjamba.

We would like to clarify unequivocally that Mr. Andjamba has not been arrested, and there are no charges against him, as alleged in the aforementioned article.

It is important to note that while a case was indeed opened with the Namibian Police under in 2020, this case was thoroughly reviewed and dismissed. The Prosecutor General concluded in early 2022 that there was insufficient evidence to proceed with prosecution.

The allegations against Mr. Andjamba for human trafficking therefore remain false and unfounded and hence why the prosecution neglected to proceed with the prosecution resulting in the dismissal of the matter.

We urge the public to refrain from spreading misinformation and to be cautious about perpetuating false narratives that could harm the reputation Mr. Andjamba has diligently built over the years.

Mr. Andjamba continues to be a reputable businessman, committed to maintaining the integrity and legacy of impact in the community and upholding the high standards of our business.
