Something "Relaxingly Delightful" has been under design and refurbishment for the past couple of weeks at our Guesthouse Terra Africa.

The old cellar entertainment area of our Terra Africa House is being remodelled & we think our guests are going to love this added "African Tranquility" treat, soon available to them.

We invite you to relax and unwind on our veranda or in the garden while enjoying your meal (12:00–14:00), or our team can prepare a home-style takeaway meal for you to collect.
(No deliveries.)

Please place your order by 10:00 on the day at the latest. You are also welcome to order earlier in advance to ensure your booking is secured 🫶

Regretfully, we do not offer dinner bookings, as our dining room is reserved for in-house guests.

✨ Our Lounge Bar Is Back! ✨

After serving as our main reception at Guesthouse Terra Africa by Hansen Hotels & Hospitality for more than 15 years, and later transformed back into a cosy private guest bar for the residence, lounge and pool area in 2019, the space has been a little underused in recent years.

But now, with our new Reception and administration block beautifully renovated, we’ve been able to rewire, refresh and fire up the Lounge Bar once again!

We are delighted to welcome our in-house guests back to the Terra Africa House private bar, where you can unwind, relax, and order to enjoy a refreshing drink beside the pool.

Here’s to long sunny afternoons, good company, and something cool in hand. 🍹🌞

We're excited to confirm that renovations to our Reception at Guesthouse Terra Africa are now completed and Sade, Fransina and the Terra Africa team are ready to welcome you home.

In the meantime we are also still making some adjustments to our guest rooms, the new day service bar for the pool and garden relaxation areas will be started on next week, and the wine cellar (Rolf's passion!) is our final project for 2025.
