VACANCY: RESTAURANT MANAGER

Arebbusch Travel Lodge is seeking a seasoned and energetic Restaurant Manager to take charge of our restaurant operations and consistently deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Minimum 3 years' experience in a Restaurant Manager role or equivalent hospitality management position.
2. Strong leadership, interpersonal, and financial acumen.
3. Sound knowledge of day-to-day restaurant operations, inventory management, and team supervision.
4. Proficiency with POS systems and restaurant management software; experience with Innkeeper will be considered a distinct advantage.
5. Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Direct and oversee all daily restaurant activities.
2. Maintain and elevate service standards to ensure guest satisfaction.
3. Effectively manage operational costs, stock levels, and budget allocations.
4. Enforce rigorous health, safety, and hygiene protocols.

Tucked away on the Arebbusch Travel Lodge grounds — and set apart from the busier restaurant, pizzeria, and conference areas — Arebbusch Park offers a peaceful escape where our in‑house guests can relax, recharge, and immerse themselves in nature.

Expect beautiful gardens, abundant birdlife, and wide‑open lawns perfect for unwinding.

✨ What You’ll Find at Arebbusch Park:

• A charming thatched lapa with seating and a dedicated bar
• Two elevated decks ideal for outdoor dining
• A cozy boma with a fireplace
• Serene paths, lush plant life, and tranquil viewpoints
