Today is a reminder of the greatest love of all.

A love that chose sacrifice.
A love that chose purpose.
A love that chose us.

“And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love God-those whom he has called according to his plan.” — Romans 8:28

Even in seasons that feel unclear, heavy, or uncertain, there is still purpose being worked out.

Good Friday reminds me to pause, reflect, and trust that nothing is ever wasted.

Grateful for grace.
Grateful for love.
Grateful for the journey.

Wishing you a peaceful and reflective Good Friday 🤍

This month, don’t just focus on making more money, focus on understanding the money you’re already making.

Because I’ve seen it too many times with business owners working hard, making sales, staying busy… but the numbers still don’t make sense.

And that can get really frustrating.

So maybe this month isn’t about doing more, but about getting clearer.

Knowing what’s coming in, what’s going out, and what actually needs to change.

Taking things one step at a time, but with better direction.

If your finances have been feeling overwhelming, this is a good time to simplify it.

Let’s make this a profitable one.

Happy new month!

If all you do is “deliver,” you’ll eventually outgrow your relevance as a Project Manager.

Grateful for the opportunity to speak at the Project Leadership Summit in Benin on the topic,
“The PM Transitioning Blueprint: Concrete Steps From Where You Are to Where You Want to Be.”

A few things I emphasized:

— Growth in project management must be intentional
— Your skills matter as much as your structure (Agile/Waterfall)
— Build knowledge, document your journey, and focus on impact

Because at the core of it all,

People may not remember your title, but they will remember your impact.

Special thanks to Philip Neil Gideon (PNG) for hosting such a remarkable summit and for the launch of the Edo Project Managers Network (EPMN).

The work continues.
