We really enjoyed our stay on Peter’s boat. Everything was very clean and quiet, and Peter was a great host. The location was easy to find, and both check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free.

Alles in allem ein gelungener Aufenthalt. Ruhig gelegen und trotzdem fußläufig alles zu erreichen. Den von Peter kostenlos bereitgestellten Wein abends im Kapitänsstand trinken, ein Muss. Gerne wieder!

Perfect location — walking distance to city center but tucked away in a neighborhood where most of the folks in the shops are local. Lots of fun being right on the water, especially the “porch” deck. One note of caution: the stairs going down into the room are steep and narrow so may not work for folks with accessibility concerns. (In general there are a lot of steep and narrow stairs in Amsterdam it seems…) Peter is a friendly and understanding host! Would definitely return if I get the chance.

We have a great 3 night stay! The uniqueness and view combined with the unbeatable location was perfect for our stay. We rented two bikes and enjoyed being close to everything as well as a quick 10 minutes ride out of town and into the countryside. We spent time each afternoon and evening sitting topside enjoying the view of the canal, the park and people watching as tour boats quietly motored past us in the canal. Great experience and a wonderful way to enjoy Amsterdam.

Very easy to communicate with Peter, check-in was great as he lives right next door! The boat was very cleanly. The area is very walkable and easy to navigate.

This is an incredible stay and highly recommended. The location is wonderful, close to tram stops and walkable to many locations within the city. The neighborhood is also fantastic. It was quiet and private. The space itself is very comfortable, beautifully renovated and well-maintained. Peter made check-in and check-out easy and was responsive to all of my questions. I can't recommend this stay highly enough if you're visiting Amsterdam.

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt , Peter ist erreichbar aber nicht aufdringlich, die Unterkunft liegt super zentral und ist trotzdem sehr ruhig.

Wir hatten einen richtig schönen Aufenthalt auf dem Hausboot! Die Unterkunft war gemütlich, liebevoll eingerichtet und hatte den besonderen Amsterdam-Charme. Gerade die Lage an den Grachten war perfekt – ruhig, aber trotzdem nah an allem. Man fühlt sich sofort wohl und kann die Stadt wunderbar entspannt erkunden. Auch die Kommunikation war unkompliziert und freundlich. Würden jederzeit wiederkommen 🙂

Ein rundum wunderbarer Aufenthalt! Das Hausboot war sauber, gemütlich und wirklich eine ganz besondere Erfahrung. Peter war sehr nett, hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar. Auch die Lage war perfekt – ruhig und trotzdem ideal gelegen. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen!
