We are proud to welcome as our new Chef de Cuisine!
Over the past years, Wouter has built an impressive career at some of the Netherlands’ most acclaimed restaurants, each with its own style and level of excellence. Having worked at Michelin-starred Merlet, Sous Chef at 212 and Chef de Cuisine at De Juwelier, Wouter joins us with a clear vision: ingredient-led cuisine, exceptional technique and a menu shaped by the seasons.
His arrival also marks the evolution of our restaurant into The Dining Room at the Amstel. A place where guests come not only for lunch or dinner, but for a memorable afternoon or evening at the Amstel Hotel. A dining experience that brings together outstanding cuisine, warm hospitality and one of Amsterdam’s most iconic settings.
Together with our culinary team, Wouter is shaping an exciting future for dining at the Amstel.
