A beautiful green chapter at Serre has come to an end.

On Monday, 8 June, we said goodbye to EAVE Bistro at Serre, the centrepiece of our collaboration with Cosmetics. Set along the Amstel Canal, this month-long immersive experience brought together gastronomy, natural skincare, and hospitality in a truly memorable way.

This week, Serre welcomes EAVE Bistro, a limited-time restaurant takeover that brings the world of EAVE Cosmetics into the heart of Amsterdam dining.
Set within the elegant surroundings of Serre, overlooking the Amstel Canal, EAVE Bistro introduces a fresh expression of seasonal French bistro cuisine, rooted in flavour, and designed for long summer days by the water.
At the centre of this collaboration is EAVE Cosmetics, a next-generation skincare brand built on one clear philosophy: Natural Age Reversal. Rather than focusing on correction, EAVE supports the skin’s natural ability to restore, rebalance and renew itself over time.
