At Restaurant Voltaire*, Chef Falco Lens, Maître Julian Schweigl and Sommelier Nils Snitselaar create a Michelin-starred dining experience on our highest level. At Bistro LOF, Chef Zoë Jonker, Sous Chef Ties van Linge and Restaurant Manager Ralph Jonker showcase a cuisine inspired by the seasons and the finest local ingredients, 7 days a week.
Although each concept has its own identity, they are all connected. Our estate's kitchen garden supplies inspiration and ingredients for all three kitchens, while Sommelier Nils Snitselaar curates wine experiences across the entire estate.
