With our local guide leading the way, paddle through the fjords surrounding Nusfjord while learning about the wildlife, geology, history, and traditions that have shaped this coastline for generations. Along the route, keep an eye out for sea eagles overhead while discovering hidden corners of the archipelago that are only accessible from the water.

What a weekend Fire Meets Fjords turned out to be. đŸ”„đŸŒż

From seaweed harvesting and foraging to time on the water and fire-cooked dining, guests experienced Lofoten through its landscapes, flavours, and traditions.

Together with Niklas Ekstedt, Lofoten Seaweed Company, Neonatur, Laura Rhys MS, and Gusbourne wines, we shared a few memorable days shaped by exceptional ingredients, thoughtful wines, and a deep connection to place.
