Rules and Regulations Regarding the competition:-
1)Participants should submit photo of their rangoli along with a suitable caption.
2)Participants must mention their name and address in the email sent.
3)Participants and the people contributing in likes and shares must have liked the official page of KUMSWC
4)All photos must be of original work made by the participants. Any plagiarism or foul play detected will be disqualified
5) 2 points will be given for share and 1 point for likes or reactions
6)The winner will be announced-
50% on the basis of likes,reactions,shares and 50% on judgement of perspective, creativity.
Date of Submission- November 13 to November 21
Validation of likes and shares will be from November 13 to November 24, midnight.
Cash Prize for winners-

1st Runner up-Rs. 3000
2nd Runner up- Rs.2000
