Welcome to our rural homestay, located in the beautiful hilltop village of Changu Narayan. We're just 22kms from Kathmandu and 6kms from Bhaktapur, but worlds away from the noise and pace of city life. Changu Narayan is home to one of Nepal's oldest temple and features fine architecture and sweeping views of the Kathmandu Valley. Our homestay is located five minutes walk from the temple and has br
oad views of the valley from the balcony and rooftop. Guests can enjoy a cup of sweet milky chai outside their rooms whilst watching the daily life of Nepalese farmers going on around them. There are no cars in our village, so it's very peaceful. We have three rooms for rent and can also provide meals. We charge 1000 rupees for one person and 1700 for a couple (this includes breakfast). We have WiFi available in the rooms. We welcome volunteers, who can choose work with us in our house and large garden or in village projects. (Many of our guests come for a few days and end up staying weeks, or even months!)
