Some places you visit.
Some places you wish you could call your own. 🏔️❤️

There’s something special about Bhedetar — winding mountain roads, endless greenery, clouds rolling through the hills, and that feeling of escaping the noise without going too far.

And somewhere in the middle of all this beauty, TEC Resort & Bar has been creating memories, hosting guests and building a story of its own.

After years of building, growing and experiencing this journey, we’re ready to pass the story to someone who can take it even further.

Maybe you’ve been dreaming about a mountain retreat.
Maybe you’ve wanted your own hospitality business.
Or maybe you’ve simply been waiting for the right opportunity in a place people already want to visit.

Sometimes an opportunity doesn’t look like an opportunity at first.
Sometimes… it looks like a view. ☁️🏔️
