COTAVR appreciates the enthusiastic participation of local people in the second round of Aduwa River (HALDIBARI) Cleaning Programme. Though this zone has been declared as open toilet free zone there are some people using this river bank as toilet. It had been reported to ward office (WARD NO. 1) but no action is taken till yet. Hence Srijana Yuwa Club demands either to take strict action against such activities or to withdraw what was declared. Village Municipality and ward office must not ignore this otherwise we the local people will be compelled to ignore the concerned personalities. At the same time COTAVR thanks all the participant for their enthusiasm.
