Barahi Sedi, an upcoming 5-star international standard luxury hospitality property, is seeking a highly disciplined, proactive, and experienced professional for the position of Security cm Liaisoning Manager.
This key leadership role will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of guests, employees, visitors, and hotel assets while maintaining strong relationships with government authorities, local administration, tourism bodies, licensing agencies, and law enforcement organizations. The successful candidate will play a vital role in establishing robust security systems, regulatory compliance, emergency response preparedness, and seamless operational coordination across the property.
Key Requirements:
✔ Bachelor's degree in Management, Hospitality, Security Management, or a related field (retired Army or Police officers with relevant hospitality experience are encouraged to apply)
✔ 7–10 years of experience in security operations, administration, Liaisoning, or related functions
✔ Previous pre-opening experience in luxury hotels or resorts will be highly preferred
✔ Strong understanding of hotel security systems, safety protocols, crisis management, and regulatory compliance
✔ Proven ability to coordinate effectively with government authorities, tourism boards, local administration, and law enforcement agencies
✔ Excellent leadership, communication, reporting, and team management skills
