The devastation caused by the flash floods in Bhotekoshi, Rasuwa, has left us deeply saddened. Our hearts go out to everyone whose lives have been affected by this tragic incident.

We would also like to clarify that The Last Resort, located in Bhotekoshi, Sindhupalchok, is safe, and everyone at the resort is safe. We have received an overwhelming number of calls and messages from friends, guests, well-wishers, and our community checking on us. We are deeply grateful for every single one of them.

At the same time, our hearts are heavy for those who have lost their homes, livelihoods, and loved ones. We remain deeply concerned for those who are still missing, including both Nepali citizens and foreign nationals, and we hold hope for their safe return.

Our thoughts and prayers are with everyone affected, their families, and all those working tirelessly on the ground during this difficult time.

Nepal has faced difficult times before, and time and again, we have shown the strength, courage, and resilience to stand together and rebuild.

We stand together. We remain hopeful. We will overcome.
