✈️ Improve Air Connectivity to Suketar Airport

Tourism is one of the key drivers of Nepal’s economy, and better transportation is essential for its growth.

Suketar Airport in Taplejung is the main gateway to the breathtaking Kanchenjunga region. However, limited and irregular flights create unnecessary difficulties for tourists, local residents, businesses, and emergency services.

We respectfully urge the Government of Nepal and the concerned authorities to increase the frequency of regular flights to Suketar Airport. Better air connectivity will boost tourism, strengthen the local economy, create employment opportunities, and promote sustainable development in eastern Nepal.

Let’s make the Kanchenjunga region more accessible to the world.
