Hi page followers, just letting everyone know, our wonderful holiday house is now on the market, great house for someone. Mt Somers is the perfect balance of rural, but not too far away from town either, a thriving community, great school, and incredible outdoor activities on the doorstep.
We love the area so much, and have bought a new place , just up the road, hence a reluctant sale.
All ready to move into, this house is a great buy for someone.

Hi everyone, the availability for the house in Mt Somers, Canterbury High Country for January 2022 is the nights of 11th -25th and 29th -31st .
A great house, spacious, well equipped and family friendly with a spacious garden, sleeps 6, well behaved dogs by arrangement.
A little slice of heaven with the village amenities on the doorstep, outdoor activities of tramping, biking, visiting the high country lakes, or just quietly relaxing and enjoying the outdoor village pool and great ice creams at the shop!

Lots of happy guests have enjoyed a stay at the house in Mt Somers this autumn, here are some comments " it's great thank you, we absolutely love it. The house is so nice & everything we need & more. We had a lovely walk around Lake Emma today then walked to the local pub for a drink. Looking forward to walking the Mystery Lake track tomorrow. " This Fri 21st and Sat 22nd are currently available, at great value direct booking rate of $190 based on house, all linen, 2 guests, and end of stay clean. This is the last Fri/Sat until end June, and after that we are getting booked up for ski season. If you want to grab a great weekend break, just 1 hour 20 mins from Chch, see the snow on the mountains and have endless walking/biking opportunities just message :)

Kia ora, Mt Somers break anyone, here is the booking calendar with the current availability for the rest of Feb. Nice time of year to do the Mt Somers track, visit high country lakes and Mt Sunday.
