This week, we’re popping over to magnoliadairynz — only 5 mins down the road!

They’re a local certified organic Jersey dairy farm, where you can pick up fresh, full-cream raw milk straight from their self-service farm vending machine.
Just bring along a clean bottle while you’re there. Fresh milk, straight from the farm — can you get more local than that?

Take a peek behind the scenes and see how mushrooms are actually grown. Their guided farm tours take you through the growing rooms, with plenty to learn along the way. There may be tastings and even some fresh mushrooms to take home!

Just down the road from us is The Green Grower- literally just one minute away!

Have a wander through their indoor plants, fruit trees and subtropical plants, check out the fishpond and exotic finches, or have a chat with the growers if you’re after a bit of plant advice. 🪴 They are dog- friendly too! 🐾
